Toni R Drummond-President

After attending East Carolina University, Toni began her aviation Career at Flight Services Group(FSG) in 1996 where she held the position of Charter Sales Assistant. In 1998 FSG was sold to PrivatAir in which Toni was promoted to Charter Sales Representative. In 2001 Toni left PrivatAir to pursue the formation of a new air charter operation. She served as Vice President of Infinity Aviation Group until 2004. In 2004, Toni took on a new challenge of assisting in the reorganization of the charter sales department at FirstFlight. While holding the title of Vice President of Charter Sales at FirstFlight, Toni was able to lead the Charter Sales team to dramatically increasing department revenues. In 2008 Toni co-founded EmreAir Solutions as she was looking to branch out and use her skills to offer various aviation services. Toni is an active member of the National Business Aviation Association, National Air Transportation Association, and many other travel groups. She serves on the board for Autism Escapes, a non-profit organization helping children with autism seek medical care. Toni currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and 2 children.

Omar Diaz: Vice President, EmreAir Solutions

After attending College of Aeronautics in 1991, Omar began his aviation career at GHI (Ground Handling, Inc.) based at (HPN) Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY. There he was introduced to the commercial aspect of aviation from Customer Service to Ramp Activities. In 1993 he was employed at Signature Flight Support (LGA) LaGuardia Airport, Flushing NY and was responsible for ground handling of corporate aircraft and customer service. In 1996 Omar became the Managing Director of Tour Operations for Liberty Helicopters, Inc. out of (JRA) West 30th Street, New York City. In 1998 he seized the opportunity to learn about corporate aviation and accepted a Charter Sales position at Summit Aviation, Inc. (FRG) Farmingdale NY. After three years he accepted a promotion as Charter Sales Manager for Atlantic Aviation based out of (TEB) Teterboro, NJ. During this time, he became acquainted with Toni Drummond and was offered the opportunity to help grow Infinity Aviation Group as Operations Manager. In 2004 Omar became Director of Charter Sales for FirstFlight Management where he helped cultivate a significant growth in his respective department. In September of 2008, Omar left FirstFlight and co-founded EmreAir Solutions. Omar is an active member of several nationally recognized aviation associations including his current role as President of APSI (Aviation Professionals Sharing Information), a North-Eastern Regional quarterly conference. Omar currently resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and daughter.

Rui M. Goncalves, Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel

Prior to joining EmreAir, Rui served as in-house counsel to a Global 1000 organization reporting directly to the chief legal officer. As primary counsel to multiple departments, Rui advised corporate officers and senior management on day to day legal matters and served as lead counsel on numerous multi-million dollar transactions. Rui has extensive experience in general corporate matters, commercial transactions, Government/GSA contracting, intellectual property, and litigation management. Rui has also served in the capacity of manager and assistant manager on certain business ventures prior to joining EmreAir. In a pro-bono capacity Rui has successfully represented over 60 victims of domestic violence in their first step to a new life. Rui received his B.S. in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, M.B.A. from Baruch, Zicklin School of Business and J.D. from Touro Law School.
